Ms Joanna Genovese BA(Hons) Bus Mangt

Director

Ms Genovese joined the Public Service in 1990. She served at the Department of Trade before moving to the Office of the Prime Minister in 1996. In 1999, she was appointed Assistant Director in charge of the Charter Support Unit, which was the unit responsible for the Quality Service Charter initiative and the charters launched in Government departments. Ms Genovese was appointed Director of the Staff Development Organisation within the Office of the Prime Minister in April 2002.
