Course Booking Form |

Public Officers who wish to apply for any course listed in the Staff Development Organisation 2006 Prospectus may do so by downloading and filling in the booking form. Applicants must be nominated by the head of section or department, and the booking form must be recommended by the officer in charge of Human Resources. Booking forms are to be forwarded to:
Application forms may also be passed via email through the nominating officer to sdo@gov.mt.A cancellation fee will be charged if applicants do not turn up on the day of the course without giving prior notice. |
