Objectives
This course provides
participants with information about the make-up of a personal computer
and the main concepts of Information Technology (IT) such as data
storage and memory, computer-based software applications and the use of
information networks within computing. the candidates shall also
appreciate how IT systems are used in everyday situations and be aware
of health and safety issues, some environmental factors, and some of the
important security and legal issues associated with using computers.
