eLearning
The Staff Development
Organisation is presently offering training through eLearning. If you do
not have time to attend training sessions or want to be flexible in your
learning this is the medium for you. The SDO Resource Centre is equipped
with two PCs on which you can access CD ROM based training courses. Only basic computer
skills are needed to manage the software.
Currently we are offering:
- French Language
- German Language
- Spanish Language
- Touch Typing
In order to use these
facilities you must fill in the course
booking form,
indicating eLearning and the preferred subject as the course name, and
sending it to SDO.
Applicants can book two-hour sessions, up to a maximum of four sessions
at a time.
The Resource Centre is
open between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
The eLearning Programme is
free of charge to all Public Officers. There is a cancellation
fee of €11.65
(Lm5) per session when participants do not turn up on the day
without giving prior notice.
Applicants are reminded
that applications are to be endorsed by their Head of
Department/Section.

are mostly about Public Policy, Training, Public Management, Leadership,
Communication and other soft skills. You may wish to make use of this
