The
Staff Development Organisation is organising a new course entitled “An
Introduction to ICT in the Public Service”.
This
programme introduces newly-recruited public officers to the Information
and Communication Technology being used in the Public Service.
Participants will be informed about information management and security,
the Intranet and the customisations in MS Outlook 2003 (email).
The
course is one half day in duration, and will be held during the second
week of March 2008. Participants may choose between morning or afternoon
sessions.
Heads
of departments or sections can nominate officers who have been recently
been recruited within the Public Service and would benefit from this
